Where are interactions such as appointments, calls, and emails recorded? Do we have sales projections?   Do we have a <a class=\"_3Bkfb _1lsz7\" href=\"https:\/\/www.fcla.com\/como-completar-su-pipeline\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\" data-hook=\"linkViewer\"><em><u class=\"_3zM-5\">pipeline<\/u><\/em><u class=\"_3zM-5\"> of sales<\/u><\/a>?  <\/span><\/p>\n<p id=\"viewer-3fsmp\" class=\"mm8Nw _1j-51 roLFQS _1FoOD _78FBa sk96G9 roLFQS public-DraftStyleDefault-block-depth0 fixed-tab-size public-DraftStyleDefault-text-ltr\"><span class=\"_2PHJq public-DraftStyleDefault-ltr\">Generally, I encounter clients who answer yes to all of the above, but that yes is tied to multiple Excel files, which are \u201cproductivity killers\u201d for sales staff. In worse circumstances, we find a response similar to: \u201cNo, I only manage my contacts in my email\u201d.  <\/span><\/p>\n<p id=\"viewer-7ap9i\" class=\"mm8Nw _1j-51 roLFQS _1FoOD _78FBa sk96G9 roLFQS public-DraftStyleDefault-block-depth0 fixed-tab-size public-DraftStyleDefault-text-ltr\"><span class=\"_2PHJq public-DraftStyleDefault-ltr\">The answer to the initial question requires some prior preparation, as when I should implement the <em>CRM<\/em> is generally associated with the moment we find ourselves needing to unify our customer information in a database (the disorder). This is the moment when we&#8217;re in urgency; it&#8217;s the moment when the organization&#8217;s leader asks you to research the best <em>CRM<\/em>s on the market.  Here I share some small recommendations based on my experience after working on multiple implementations; these could help you reduce implementation costs and even lead you to a more successful implementation:  <\/span><\/p>\n<p id=\"viewer-d8jdi\" class=\"mm8Nw _1j-51 roLFQS _1FoOD _78FBa sk96G9 roLFQS public-DraftStyleDefault-block-depth0 fixed-tab-size public-DraftStyleDefault-text-ltr\"><span class=\"_2PHJq public-DraftStyleDefault-ltr\">\u00b7 Involve collaborators from the beginning. Most of the failures we encounter when implementing any system come from not involving the end user.  <\/span><\/p>\n<p id=\"viewer-dp07d\" class=\"mm8Nw _1j-51 roLFQS _1FoOD _78FBa sk96G9 roLFQS public-DraftStyleDefault-block-depth0 fixed-tab-size public-DraftStyleDefault-text-ltr\"><span class=\"_2PHJq public-DraftStyleDefault-ltr\">\u00b7 Organize and consolidate your customer data by asking yourself: What information do I want to know about my customer? What information do I want to know about their company?  (think of Excel fields, like name, surname, birthday)  <\/span><\/p>\n<p id=\"viewer-cn729\" class=\"mm8Nw _1j-51 roLFQS _1FoOD _78FBa sk96G9 roLFQS public-DraftStyleDefault-block-depth0 fixed-tab-size public-DraftStyleDefault-text-ltr\"><span class=\"_2PHJq public-DraftStyleDefault-ltr\">\u00b7 Think about what information you want to record about activities such as tasks, appointments, calls, lunches, among others. This will help us measure potential opportunities in a \u201cpredictive\u201d manner  <\/span><\/p>\n<p id=\"viewer-7p01u\" class=\"mm8Nw _1j-51 roLFQS _1FoOD _78FBa sk96G9 roLFQS public-DraftStyleDefault-block-depth0 fixed-tab-size public-DraftStyleDefault-text-ltr\"><span class=\"_2PHJq public-DraftStyleDefault-ltr\">\u00b7 What is my sales funnel? Here&#8217;s a little help: <a class=\"_3Bkfb _1lsz7\" href=\"https:\/\/www.pipedrive.com\/es\/blog\/embudo-ventas\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\" data-hook=\"linkViewer\">https:\/\/www.pipedrive.com\/es\/blog\/embudo-ventas<\/a>  <\/span><\/p>\n<p id=\"viewer-c5iio\" class=\"mm8Nw _1j-51 roLFQS _1FoOD _78FBa sk96G9 roLFQS public-DraftStyleDefault-block-depth0 fixed-tab-size public-DraftStyleDefault-text-ltr\"><span class=\"_2PHJq public-DraftStyleDefault-ltr\">\u00b7 Create a work process (remember the first point, involve the staff)<\/span><\/p>\n<p id=\"viewer-3je6t\" class=\"mm8Nw _1j-51 roLFQS _1FoOD _78FBa sk96G9 roLFQS public-DraftStyleDefault-block-depth0 fixed-tab-size public-DraftStyleDefault-text-ltr\"><span class=\"_2PHJq public-DraftStyleDefault-ltr\">\u00b7 Keep in mind that implementation is not 100% a task for the technology department. <em>Do you take driving lessons in a mechanic&#8217;s workshop?<\/em> Information Technologies adapt the tool to the needs of the internal customer, and the implementation should be managed by sales management.<\/span><\/p>\n<p id=\"viewer-bkbo3\" class=\"mm8Nw _1j-51 roLFQS _1FoOD _78FBa sk96G9 roLFQS public-DraftStyleDefault-block-depth0 fixed-tab-size public-DraftStyleDefault-text-ltr\"><span class=\"_2PHJq public-DraftStyleDefault-ltr\">With the above clear and organized: <em>It&#8217;s time to implement a CRM!<\/em> This will help us increase our sales, create projections, analyze the customer portfolio, make better decisions, and improve the level of customer service through proper follow-up.<\/span><\/p>\n<p id=\"viewer-441b4\" class=\"mm8Nw _1j-51 roLFQS _1FoOD _78FBa sk96G9 roLFQS public-DraftStyleDefault-block-depth0 fixed-tab-size public-DraftStyleDefault-text-ltr\"><span class=\"_2PHJq public-DraftStyleDefault-ltr\">Which <em>CRM<\/em> is the best?
